Session Policies

Rescheduling:

-Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, illness, or emergency at the photographer's discretion.

-If you need to reschedule for personal reasons, please provide at least 24 hours' notice via email.

Late Arrival:

-Please arrive on time.

-Arriving late may reduce session time.

Travel:

-Sessions within the Watertown, SD area are included in package pricing.

-Locations outside of Watertown, SD may require a travel fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

Cancellation:

-Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

-Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

-These fees help cover reserved time and lost booking opportunities.

Editing & Style:

-All images are edited in the photographer's style.

-RAW images will not be delivered.

Image Usage & Delivery:

-Full galleries are delivered within 2.5 weeks unless otherwise discussed.

-Turnaround times may vary during busy seasons.

-Images are delivered via an online gallery for download and sharing.

-The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment:

-Payment is due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed upon.

-Photos will not be delivered until full payment is received.
